Between January -May of 2008 I lost over 30 pounds as a part of a competition that was going on at my work. Since January of 2008 I have lost somewhere between 50-60 pounds (pretty much all the weight I had put on since my Junior year of high school. I have let up on running and watching what I eat since my wife and I went on a cruise for Thanksgiving. I'm making it my goal to lose at least 10 pounds in the month of February.
I'll weigh in tomorrow morning before I run and that will be my start weight and I will weigh in on the morning of the 28th with my finishing weight. I'll keep you all posted on how it goes!
