Starting my 10 pounds in 28 days!

Today I am starting my goal of losing 10 pounds in 28 days...I woke up this morning and weighed in at 192.7 so my goal is to get down to 182.7 before the end of the month. To be honest I can't even remember weighing less than 188 because that is what I weighed as a freshman in high school.

We'll see if I can make it that low and hopefully it warms up so I can run early in the morning. This morning it was only 50 degrees and I was hoping for at least 60.
